Biography

Born in Buenos Aires, he began his musical studies at age 8, guiding his vocation for classical guitar and violin. He studied composition (scholarship from the Teatro Colon Foundation) with the Master Gerardo Gandini and completed his degree in Chamber Music at the National University of Lanus.


He participated as an arranger of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony (Canada), Gürzenich-Orchester Köln (Germany), SH-Landestheater und Sinfonieorchester GmbH (Germany), Orchestra of the Lucerne Festival 2019 Switzerland), WDR SinfonieOrchester (Germany), Chamber Orchestra of Basel (Switzerland), Symphony Orchestra of the CMAD (France), Orchestre du Liceé de Musique de Rostrenan (France), Orchestre de L’Ecole de Musique et Danse de Kreiz Breiz (France), National Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador (Tango Symphonic, orchestrations and direction), National Symphony Orchestra of Chaco (Argentina) Symphony Orchestra of Avellaneda (Bs . As.), Orchestra Académica y Estable del Teatro Colón (Bs. As.)


As a violinist, he was part of the following orchestras: Young Orchestra of Avellaneda, Orchestra of the Choir “Centro Cultural UCA”, Orchestra of the Choral Association “Lagun Onak”, Orchestra of the Haendel Association, Stable and Academic Orchestra of the Teatro Colón and Orchestra of Chamber of the National University of Lanús, among others.


In the field of contemporary music, he joined the ensemble “Rastrillada” (first violin), ensemble “Sine Fulcro” (concertino) and Orchestra of the Teatro Colón Experimentation Center (concertino – “Eterna Flotation: the Monsters “by Oscar Edelstein).
He made the premiere of the work “First Resonance and Second Resonance” for violin and tape, by composer Pablo Espada, at the American Meeting of Contemporary Music at the National Library and the Recoleta Cultural Center.


Regarding popular music, he joined the following orchestras: as the first violin, Fernández Branca Typical Orchestra, Fernández Fierro Typical Orchestra, “La Furca” Typical Orchestra, Quilmes City Typical Orchestra, “La Grela” Typical Orchestra and Quinteto of Tango “Acquaforte”, Quintet of Tango of the UNLa. He toured Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain. He has taught master courses in interpretation, arrangements and composition of tango in France and Spain.


He accompanied the renowned Ecuadorian singer Margarita Lasso and the notable percussionist Pablo Valarezo, and the string ensemble, directed by Jaques Morelenbaum, accompanying the singer-songwriter Caetano Veloso.


As mandolinist, he has performed in various theaters in Buenos Aires, including Teatro Avenida stand (with the tenor Enrique Folger and violinist Pablo Saraví), Museum Isaac Fernandez Blanco, Sala Garcia Morillo (UNA) and National University of Quilmes (in the Many within the International Music Festival).
